Three days dedicated to giving you a real feel for life at Caledonian Lodges.
Here's what's waiting for you:

Take your time wandering the park and grounds, set on an old railway station with magnificent views of the Perthshire hills. Loch Earn is a five-minute walk away. No rush, no scripted tour.

Walk through our available luxury lodges and picture your life here, from the deck views to the finishes.

Be greeted personally by the team who know the park inside out. Ask anything, no question is too small.

See the loch, the walking trails, and the setting exactly as our owners enjoy them all year round.

Food and drink on us throughout the weekend. Bring the family.
A five-minute walk to Loch Earn and its outstanding views. Walking, cycling, fishing and watersports straight from the park. Most holiday homes give you a view. This gives you a way of life, on one of Scotland's finest lochs.
The lodges are the same on every park in the UK. What you can't replicate is this. Set back from Loch Earn, on an old railway station in the heart of the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, with the Southern Highlands stretching out in every direction.
The village, the walks and the water on your doorstep, and St Andrews, Dunkeld, Oban and the West Coast all within an easy drive. Coast, countryside and Highlands, all from one place. You'll never run out of somewhere to explore.

People don't want to leave. That's the problem. We're nearly full, with only 4 pitches remaining
on the park. That's not a sales line. It's simply how much people want to be here, on the banks of
Loch Earn, in one of the most beautiful corners of the National Park.
"By far the best thing we have ever done, we didn't want a site with loads of noise we just wanted something quiet and relaxing. Caledonian lodges gave us that & Charlie was amazing in helping us find the home we wanted"
Donna, Glasgow | Owner Since 2024
We were looking for an escape away from the city and the daily madness. We wanted somewhere with no traffic, open spaces and plenty to do. Caledonian Lodges was the perfect place for us. We rent out when we aren't there to cover the costs but we manage to use it every weekend. Honestly I don't know how we lived without it.
James, Edinburgh | Owner Since 2021
Spaces are limited across all three days. Tell us when you'd like to visit and we'll have

Absolutely. Bring partners, children, grandchildren, anyone who'd be part of the decision. Just let us know your party size when you book. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome too.
More than you'll get through. Walking, cycling, fishing and watersports are all minutes away, with Loch Earn a five-minute walk from the park.
